西門子伺(si)服電機是指在伺(si)服系(xi)統(tong)中控制機械元件(jian)運轉的發動機,是一種補助馬達間接變(bian)速裝置(zhi)。

在西門子伺服(fu)電機維修時需要做什么(me)呢?
(1)有些系統如傳送裝(zhuang)置,升降裝(zhuang)置等(deng)要(yao)求伺服(fu)電機(ji)(ji)能盡快(kuai)停(ting)車.而在故障(zhang),急停(ting),電源斷電時(shi)伺服(fu)器(qi)沒有再生制動無法對(dui)電機(ji)(ji)減(jian)速(su).同時(shi)系統的(de)(de)機(ji)(ji)械慣量又(you)較(jiao)大(da),這時(shi)對(dui)動態制動器(qi)的(de)(de)選擇要(yao)依據負載(zai)的(de)(de)輕重,電機(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)工作(zuo)速(su)度(du)等(deng).
(2)有些系(xi)統要維持機械裝置(zhi)的(de)(de)靜止位置(zhi)需電(dian)機提供(gong)較大的(de)(de)輸(shu)出轉(zhuan)矩且停止的(de)(de)時間較長,如(ru)果使(shi)用伺(si)服的(de)(de)自鎖(suo)功能往(wang)往(wang)會造成電(dian)機過熱或放大器過載.這種情況就要選(xuan)擇帶電(dian)磁制動的(de)(de)電(dian)機.
(3)有(you)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)伺服電(dian)(dian)機有(you)內置的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)再生制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)單元,但當再生制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)較頻(pin)繁時(shi)可能引起直流母(mu)線電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)過高,這時(shi)需另配再生制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)電(dian)(dian)阻.再生制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)電(dian)(dian)阻是(shi)否需要另配,配多大的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)再生制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)電(dian)(dian)阻可參(can)照相應樣本的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)使用(yong)說(shuo)明.需要注意的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)是(shi)一般樣本列表上(shang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)次(ci)數是(shi)電(dian)(dian)機在(zai)空載時(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)數據.實(shi)際選型中要先根據系統的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)負載慣量(liang)和(he)樣本上(shang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)機慣量(liang),算出慣量(liang)比.再以(yi)樣本列表上(shang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)次(ci)數除以(yi)(慣量(liang)比+1).這樣擁(yong)有(you)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)數據才是(shi)允許的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)次(ci)數.
