請(qing)更換驅動(dong)(dong)(dong)器,(對于(yu)重力(li)軸(zhou)(zhou),請(qing)確(que)保重力(li)軸(zhou)(zhou)安(an)全的情況(kuang)下(xia)(xia)操作(zuo),)SV脈(mo)沖(chong)編碼器軟件斷(duan)線報警(jing)(jing)檢查反饋線是否正常,在(zai)NC電源OFF狀態下(xia)(xia),拔(ba)插(cha)反饋線后(hou)試機(ji),若再該報警(jing)(jing),請(qing)更換脈(mo)沖(chong)編碼器,上(shang)電若還出現(xian)該報警(jing)(jing)SV讀ID信(xin)息(xi)失敗報警(jing)(jing)檢查驅動(dong)(dong)(dong)器側板是否插(cha)緊。 未進行機(ji)床回(hui)基準點(dian)的操作(zuo),系統處(chu)于(yu)自動(dong)(dong)(dong)保持狀態,伺服電機(ji)機(ji)械部分維修為(wei)軸(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)損壞(huai)更換,相對于(yu)普(pu)通(tong)電機(ji)的維修,只是軸(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)上(shang)特殊了,因為(wei)大多(duo)數伺服電機(ji)是同步(bu)電機(ji),轉子(zi)上(shang)帶磁(ci)極,表示CNC系統啟動(dong)(dong)(dong)之(zhi)后(hou)用(yong)普(pu)通(tong)材料不(bu)能夠(gou)解決問題。
如將開關電(dian)(dian)源的供電(dian)(dian)串入(ru)40W燈(deng)泡進行限流,修(xiu)(xiu)復后再恢復正常供電(dian)(dian),則能將電(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)修(xiu)(xiu)復并(bing)避免了故障(zhang)的進一(yi)步擴大,高壓(ya)變(bian)頻(pin)器維(wei)修(xiu)(xiu)--電(dian)(dian)源充電(dian)(dian)啟動電(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)故障(zhang),低(di)壓(ya)變(bian)頻(pin)器是(shi)標準(zhun)的整流,波逆變(bian)結構(gou),并(bing)盡可量采用限流措施。
