(3)無報警(jing)或無法(fa)(fa)報警(jing)的故障處理(li) 當系統的PLC無法(fa)(fa)運行,系統已(yi)停機或系統沒(mei)有報警(jing)但工作不正常時,需(xu)要根據(ju)故障發生前后的系統狀態信息,運用(yong)已(yi)掌握的理(li)論(lun)基礎(chu),進行分析,做出正確的判斷。下面闡述(shu)這(zhe)種故障診斷和排除辦法(fa)(fa)。
故障診斷方法
常規檢查法
目(mu)測(ce) 目(mu)測(ce)故障板,仔(zi)細(xi)檢查有無(wu)保險絲燒斷,元器件燒焦(jiao),煙(yan)熏,開裂現(xian)象,有無(wu)異物斷路現(xian)象。以(yi)此(ci)可判斷板內有無(wu)過(guo)(guo)流,過(guo)(guo)壓(ya),短(duan)路等問題。
手(shou)摸 用手(shou)摸并輕(qing)搖元(yuan)器件(jian),尤其(qi)是(shi)阻(zu)容,半導體器件(jian)有無(wu)松動(dong)之感,以此(ci)可檢查出(chu)一些斷腳,虛焊(han)等(deng)問題。
通(tong)電(dian)(dian) 首(shou)先(xian)用萬用表(biao)檢(jian)查(cha)各種電(dian)(dian)源之間有無(wu)(wu)斷路,如無(wu)(wu)即可接入(ru)相應(ying)的電(dian)(dian)源,目(mu)測有無(wu)(wu)冒煙,打火等現象,手摸元器(qi)件有無(wu)(wu)異常發(fa)(fa)熱(re),以此(ci)可發(fa)(fa)現一些較(jiao)為明顯的故障,而縮小檢(jian)修(xiu)范圍。
例如(ru):在哈爾(er)濱某工廠排(pai)除故(gu)障時(shi),機床(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)的(de)(de)數控系統(tong)和PLC運行正(zheng)常(chang)(chang),但(dan)機床(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)的(de)(de)液壓系統(tong)無(wu)法啟(qi)動,用(yong)編(bian)程(cheng)器檢查(cha)PLC程(cheng)序(xu)運行正(zheng)常(chang)(chang),各所(suo)需信(xin)號狀態均滿足開(kai)機條件(jian)。進一(yi)步檢查(cha)中發(fa)現,PLC信(xin)號狀態與圖紙(zhi)和設備上的(de)(de)標記不一(yi)致,停機拔出電路板(ban)檢查(cha),發(fa)現PLC兩(liang)塊(kuai)輸出板(ban)編(bian)址不對(dui),與另兩(liang)塊(kuai)位置搞(gao)錯,經交換后,機床(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)正(zheng)常(chang)(chang)運轉。對(dui)于發(fa)生這(zhe)個故(gu)障的(de)(de)機床(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)所(suo)采用(yong)的(de)(de)SIMATIC S5—150K可編(bian)程(cheng)控制器,只要(yao)編(bian)址正(zheng)確,無(wu)論將(jiang)線路板(ban)的(de)(de)位置怎(zen)樣排(pai)列,系統(tong)均能正(zheng)常(chang)(chang)運轉,但(dan)相應地執行元件(jian)和信(xin)號源必須正(zheng)確地對(dui)應,一(yi)旦對(dui)應錯誤就會發(fa)生故(gu)障,甚至(zhi)毀壞機床(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)。另外,根據用(yong)戶提供的(de)(de)故(gu)障現象(xiang),結(jie)合自(zi)己的(de)(de)現場(chang)觀察,運用(yong)系統(tong)工作原理(li)亦(yi)可迅速做出正(zheng)確判(pan)斷。
