故障檢(jian)測一:變頻器(qi)通(tong)電的瞬間(jian),正常情況下(xia)有(you)接觸(chu)器(qi)吸合的聲音,如果沒(mei)有(you)這種聲音,則可(ke)能是(shi)接觸(chu)器(qi)壞了(le)。
解決方法:更(geng)換新的(de)接觸器

過流維護(oc)
(1)當變頻器鍵盤上顯現“fooc"時“oc"閃爍,此刻可按“∧"鍵進入毛(mao)(mao)病(bing)查詢狀(zhuang)況(kuang),可查到毛(mao)(mao)病(bing)時運轉頻率、輸(shu)出電流、運轉狀(zhuang)況(kuang)等,可依(yi)據運轉狀(zhuang)況(kuang)及(ji)輸(shu)出電流的巨細,判定其“oc"維護是(shi)負(fu)載過重維護仍是(shi)vce維護(輸(shu)出有短路(lu)現象、驅動電路(lu)毛(mao)(mao)病(bing)及(ji)干擾等);
(2)若查詢時確認(ren)因為負載較重形成加速上升時電流過大,此刻適當(dang)調整加速時間及合適的v/f特(te)性曲線;
(3)假如沒(mei)接電(dian)機,空運轉變(bian)頻(pin)器跳“oc"維護,應斷(duan)電(dian)查(cha)看(kan)igbt是否損壞,查(cha)看(kan)igbt的續流二極管(guan)和(he)ge間(jian)的結電(dian)容(rong)是否正(zheng)常(chang)。若正(zheng)常(chang),則需查(cha)看(kan)驅動(dong)(dong)電(dian)路(lu):查(cha)看(kan)驅動(dong)(dong)線插接位置是否正(zheng)確(que),是否有(you)(you)偏(pian)移,是否虛插;查(cha)看(kan)是否是因(yin)hall及線不良導致“oc";查(cha)看(kan)驅動(dong)(dong)電(dian)路(lu)放(fang)大元件(jian)(如ic33153等)或光(guang)耦是否有(you)(you)短路(lu)現象(xiang);查(cha)看(kan)驅動(dong)(dong)電(dian)阻是否有(you)(you)斷(duan)路(lu)、短路(lu)及電(dian)阻變(bian)值現象(xiang);
(4)若(ruo)在(zai)運轉過程中跳“oc",則應查看電機是否堵(du)轉(機械卡(ka)死),形成負載電流突變(bian)引起過流;
(5)在(zai)減速過程中跳“oc",則需依據(ju)負載(zai)的類型及輕重,相應調整(zheng)減速時間及減速形式等(deng)。
