經(jing)常遇到通電(dian)無顯(xian)(xian)示(shi)的(de)故(gu)障,變(bian)(bian)頻器上電(dian)無顯(xian)(xian)示(shi)原因(yin)的(de)故(gu)障通常發生在(zai)三個模塊上,一是接(jie)觸器;二是變(bian)(bian)頻器的(de)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)面板;三是給(gei)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)面板供電(dian)的(de)電(dian)源模塊;對于變(bian)(bian)頻器維修時無顯(xian)(xian)示(shi)的(de)三種情況應該如(ru)何檢查(cha),如(ru)何處理呢?分析如(ru)下:
變頻器通電(dian)無(wu)顯示故(gu)障的檢查與解決方法
故障檢測一:變頻器通電的瞬(shun)間,正常情況下(xia)有接觸器吸合(he)的聲音,如果沒有這種聲音,則可(ke)能是接觸器壞了(le)。
解決方法(fa):更換新的接觸器
故(gu)障檢(jian)測二:如果接觸器(qi)無問題,則檢(jian)測電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)模塊(kuai)是否(fou)有(you)問題,如果變(bian)頻器(qi)高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)LED燈(deng)亮,說明高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)正常。檢(jian)測低壓(ya)直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)沒有(you)直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya),這是開(kai)關(guan)(guan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)不工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)的現象。開(kai)關(guan)(guan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)不工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)相當于開(kai)關(guan)(guan)管不工(gong)(gong)作(zuo),檢(jian)測直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)沒有(you)送過來(lai),則是連接高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)端(duan)與脈沖變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)初(chu)(chu)級(ji)端(duan)之間降(jiang)壓(ya)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)損壞開(kai)路,進而導(dao)致高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)未加到(dao)脈沖變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)的初(chu)(chu)級(ji)繞(rao)組(zu)上。開(kai)關(guan)(guan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)無法工(gong)(gong)作(zuo),整個變(bian)頻器(qi)無低壓(ya)直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian),出現無顯示故(gu)障。
解(jie)決方法:更換降(jiang)壓電阻。

過流維護(oc)
(1)當變(bian)頻器鍵(jian)盤上顯現(xian)“fooc”時(shi)“oc”閃爍,此刻可按“∧”鍵(jian)進入(ru)毛病查詢狀(zhuang)況,可查到毛病時(shi)運轉頻率、輸(shu)出(chu)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)、運轉狀(zhuang)況等(deng)(deng),可依據運轉狀(zhuang)況及輸(shu)出(chu)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)的(de)巨細,判定(ding)其“oc”維(wei)護是負(fu)載(zai)過重維(wei)護仍(reng)是vce維(wei)護(輸(shu)出(chu)有(you)短路(lu)現(xian)象(xiang)、驅動(dong)電(dian)(dian)路(lu)毛病及干擾等(deng)(deng));
(2)若(ruo)查詢時確認因為負載較重形成(cheng)加速(su)(su)上(shang)升時電流過大,此刻適當調整加速(su)(su)時間(jian)及合適的v/f特(te)性曲線(xian);
(3)假如沒(mei)接(jie)電(dian)機,空運轉(zhuan)變頻(pin)器跳“oc”維(wei)護,應斷電(dian)查(cha)看igbt是(shi)(shi)否(fou)(fou)損壞,查(cha)看igbt的續流(liu)二極管和ge間的結電(dian)容是(shi)(shi)否(fou)(fou)正(zheng)(zheng)常。若正(zheng)(zheng)常,則需查(cha)看驅動(dong)電(dian)路(lu):查(cha)看驅動(dong)線插接(jie)位置是(shi)(shi)否(fou)(fou)正(zheng)(zheng)確(que),是(shi)(shi)否(fou)(fou)有(you)偏移,是(shi)(shi)否(fou)(fou)虛插;查(cha)看是(shi)(shi)否(fou)(fou)是(shi)(shi)因hall及線不良導致(zhi)“oc”;查(cha)看驅動(dong)電(dian)路(lu)放大元件(如ic33153等)或光耦是(shi)(shi)否(fou)(fou)有(you)短路(lu)現(xian)象;查(cha)看驅動(dong)電(dian)阻是(shi)(shi)否(fou)(fou)有(you)斷路(lu)、短路(lu)及電(dian)阻變值現(xian)象;
(4)若在運轉過程中跳“oc”,則應查(cha)看(kan)電機(ji)是否堵(du)轉(機(ji)械卡死(si)),形(xing)成(cheng)負載電流(liu)(liu)突變引起過流(liu)(liu);
(5)在減(jian)速(su)過程中(zhong)跳“oc”,則需(xu)依據負載的類型(xing)及(ji)(ji)輕(qing)重(zhong),相應調(diao)整減(jian)速(su)時間及(ji)(ji)減(jian)速(su)形式等。
